ZEPTO becomes insolvent!!!
Hello everybody,
I read a German article
http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldu...te-878750.html
As far as I know, Zepto DK is bankrupt.
Their service partner InfoCare, who repairs all laptops, does not repair any Zepto laptop, even if one has warranty, and also does not send the laptops, which are in repair, back for free!

Re: ZEPTO becomes insolvent!!!
This email I found on the German Zepto forum:
http://www.zeptoforum.com/viewtopic.php?p=1709#1709
Hi
I am sorry, but we cannot repair your computer.
Zepto Computers has filed for bankruptcy and we have therefore closed for repair. This has nothing to do with Infocare Service A/S
I will advice you to read the text below, which is from our webpage. www.infocare.dk
“To Zepto customers
As stated in the press, Zepto A / S Tuesday, 17/11 filed for bankruptcy. Under this InfoCare cannot currently perform repair service on Zepto PCs and TVs. The stop includes both warranty service as repairs performed after expense and insurance repairs.
If you have a device lodged with us for service we are therefore unable to carry out the repair. If you want the machine back (un-repaired) please book transport for your own account. Once you have booked transport please send an email to Zepto@infocare.dk. We will then make your machine ready for shipment with the carrier selected by you.
You can also choose to pick up your equipment at our address Telegrafvej 6 in Ballerup. Also in this case please inform us in advance of pickup days by a mail Zepto@infocare.dk.
Did you register a – not yet picked up – service-case through us or Zepto hotline before 18/11, please be aware that we are compelled to reject this request.
We hope you understand the situation and that InfoCare is not involved in the bankruptcy. We will therefore do our utmost to help you get through this situation, but also ask for your understanding that we cannot take us any further expenditure in this regard.
We will continuously update our website with information and also refer to www.zepto.dk.”
Mails bedes sendes til / please write to desk@infocare.dk
