Re: Zepto Z-Note 6625WD DX10 Notebook Offically Announced
I've looked around but couldn't find any posts on this topic. The Intel PM965 chipset only supports up to 667MHz for the RAM.
http://download.intel.com/design/mob...s/31627301.pdf
How come Zepto is listing the 6625WD as
"...supports a frontsidebus (FSB) of up to 800Mhz of memory (PC6400)."
Is it actually running the memory at 800MHz?

Re: Zepto Z-Note 6625WD DX10 Notebook Offically Announced
Hi, Michadeon The webcam is 1.3 not 2.0 sorry about the confusion. The Wireless adapter is always an option because some people feel they don’t need the wireless adapter, so there’s an option not to get the wireless with the machine.
The TV tuner is inside the machine yes, and yes it’s optional so the machine doesn’t come with the TV tuner unless you actually choose it. Last but by no means least you are correct the picture is showing the notebook witht the 12cell battery inserted. hope this gives you some help

Re: Zepto Z-Note 6625WD DX10 Notebook Offically Announced
Thank you very very much for your reply, ZeptoUK, I have now all the info I need. I was hoping the 12c battery wouldn't be that big, but then again the 6c one would fit me just fine... All I have to do now is to wait for 25 days

The 12 cell battery is out of stock but we will be getting another intake soon, so It can still be ordered at the time of purchase. Have you made the order yet?

Re: Zepto Z-Note 6625WD DX10 Notebook Offically Announced
I have got a few quick questions, primarilly focused to the Zepto representatives, but if anyone else got some answers, that would be more than fine
Firstly, about the graphics card, how much power does it consume? I have heard that it only consumes 1W more than a 7600 and was wondering if someone has a link or reference to this.
Secondly, I read a review about the computer two days ago stating that Turbo Memory was supported, but have since then heard that this is not the case. Which one of these two statements is correct?
Thirdly, there has been a lot of discussion about the HDMI license in this thread so I appologise if I have missed the answer to this question; do you know when we can expect to see HDMI in it?
Finally, I was given the impression that the keyboard would be available in black as well to match the rest of the laptop, but this is not the case anymore?
Cheers for all your help, much appreciated

Re: Zepto Z-Note 6625WD DX10 Notebook Offically Announced
1 - no idea. 2 - ZeptoUK is chasing this but no definitive answer yet.
3 - Zepto on another forum are saying August for HDMI. http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum...m?t=706683&p=4
4. I think its only in one colour scheme atm - silvery border around black (I like it!).
Petrov.

Re: Zepto Z-Note 6625WD DX10 Notebook Offically Announced
Is there any easy way to upgrade the VGA to HDMI once it's released? Have Zepto made the VGA or TV out modular?
Why didn't Zepto use UDI instead of HDMI and then allow people to use cables to connect to HDMI. UDI doesn't incur heavy licencing like HDMI I think and is said to be fully compatible with HDMI, I think.
