If I change something in MSConfig, will the settings affect all users, too?
If I change something in MSConfig, will the settings affect all users, too? Suppose I remove qttask from startup, will the other Limited user accounts feel the effects, too?

As far as I know, it only goes to that particular user since MSConfig only edits that particular user's registry.
If you wanted to do it for all users, you could probably do a regedit on some of the software (pretty dangerous though).

If you know what you're doing, editing the registry isn't a horrible thing to do -- just always, always make a backup first. If you're not very certain of what can safely be removed from the registry, you're better off editing each individual account with msconfig.
