re: NBR Folding@home Team
HAHAh lol Cheers DR! It's a TEAM effort. I reckon we can crush the old NBR team for sure!
No disrespect lol!
I just got my passkey. I might try it out tomorrow. I think we will have to uninstall and then reinstall the client again. However we can keep the data.
I want to see our new team hit the top 100 in the team rankings. Now that would be phenomenal!!!
A pretty great start by us ALL.
Cheers.

re: NBR Folding@home Team
WE CAN DO IT! I have 6 folded wu's already, but i think what's killing me is i'm only on a dualcore. If I could get my NP8130 on board without the client going
to the 560m (it's not whitelisted or even listed, several 560m users are complaining about it), I'd have a LOT more points due to SB and a full-fermi GPU.

re: NBR Folding@home Team
Hmm, is there a way to disable the integrated GPU? Than F@H may default to the 560M. I do see on the foldingforum that there is chatter about optimus and whitelisting. That GPU would definately help a ton.

re: NBR Folding@home Team
Hmm, theres gotta be a way to get it working.
EDIT: Got my sig updated. Found that I could chop a few charaters by going with condense.it rather than condensit.com
Tring to get my sig updated for more visibility on the folding link
Takes a lot of juggling to have a sig with two images and 10 links
been working on it for quite sometime

re: NBR Folding@home Team
I get WUs worth 1.3k or so when I forced it to run with GPU only. How much is one WU for you guys worth?
Also, a list of advanced options that you could use if you want more points

re: NBR Folding@home Team
Hmm, i'll have to check, but these flags may be good. I can download large WU since I have a fast connection. When I get home I'll have to add it to D/L 500MB+ work units, and have them download when the current WU is at 90% completion. Then I can keep working

re: NBR Folding@home Team
You could download a large WU, but what use would it be if your computer takes more than the maximum allowed time to finish the WU? The huge WUs are typically meant for servers to crunch

Try bit.ly or tinyurl.com if you want links to get shorter
