Problem solved with Win 7- IE 9 Tabs not working

I was having a problem getting new tabs loaded with new web pages,,they would work only on occasion,,I did this reinstall,,now alls well,, your all welcome !,, hahaha

New tab not working in Internet Explorer 9 - Microsoft Answers
