HELP! Problems when switching user.

I have a Toshiba with Windows 7. There are 2 users on my computer.When I want to switch from the administrator to the secondary account, the screen goes full screen (as opposed to wide screened and hi def), and the font gets huge, and I can't log on. Whether I click on "switch user" or "log off", it does the same thing. When I try to log into the secondary account, the screen goes black and takes me back to the initial screen (with the 2 accounts side by side, but everything big). It simply loops this over and over. This doesn't happen when switching from the secondary account to the administrator, only the other way around. I am still able to use the secondary, but I first need to restart or turn off the computer and reboot it to its normal log in screen (with the two icons side by side asking for passwords, wide screen). Once, by some miracle I did manage to log in, and my desktop was huge and full screen. I changed the screen settings and that fixed it, but this was only temporary, and I am still having the same issue. I have run a virus scan and nothing was found. Something has to be wrong though. Hope that made sense. Sorry for the length! Please help!

Seems odd to think, but perhaps you could try updating or reinstalling your video driver. It only seems to match part of the problem, but might be worth a try.

Thanks for responding. How would I go about doing that?

Also, I might mention that this computer was purchased scarcely 3 months ago.

What graphics card do you have?
