Skype Question-How many ppl in a conf. call?

i couldn't find on the site or anywhere on Google how many people can be in a conference call on Skype. Conference call as in picture n sound. Picture thru webcam. I'm aware of Oovoo, which does 6 people, but its trialware. After a month, its only up to 3 ppl.

Unlimited? lol that can't be right. The reason i'm asking is because I've tried a lot of different programs and none of them worked right or didn't support many ppl and I'm pretty much over trying any more. I know there are skype users on this forum so I thought I'd ask first instead of wasting my time. :]

Haha, no it's not unlimited. From the FAQ:

Any conference call can have the host plus four participants, and these can be either people using Skype or calling in on a landline or mobile.

So, 5 people total.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that just talking. No webcam picture?

Actually, upon further digging, I found this:

However, if you are using Skype 3.8 for Windows - you will be able to host a conference call with up to 25 participants including yourself as host.

I think all multi-people calls in Skype do not have video - there's only video for a 1-to-1 call.

There is a new version of Skype available now, it might have upped that number. I have not installed it....yet.
