As per title, my bank statement comes in this format and I don't know what program to use to open it. Any advice?

List of software that opens that file is in the link
Dell E6500 post-purchase additions: Upgraded CPU to T9800 from P8700, replaced Dell thermal compound with Coollaboratory liquid metal pad, upgraded to backlit keyboard, added Dell 5720 Verizon card, upgraded to 8gb RAM, upgraded to TorqX 128gb SSD, replaced original with M4400 lid (now ribbed for my pleasure), clean install Windows 7 Pro 64

Check this page. Seems like you'll need Microsoft Money Import Handler.

Edit: TabbedOut beat me to it and as it seems - with a better suggestion.

Financial software like Microsoft Money, GNUCash, etc can handle OFX files. If you use one of those (and the software doesn't already work with the files you downloaded), check out http://www.mt2ofx.tk/.

If you want to open the files in Excel, you need some kind of converter or plugin. One can be found at http://www.bigredconsulting.com/aboutofxreader.htm.

Can you also ask the bank to send the statements to you in a different format? I requested mine in pdf, and they gladly complied.
