Lenovo Z61t/HP DV2000t/Vaio C
So as I keep looking around, I have only found 3 notebooks that I am interested in. I am looking for something that is a good all around notebook, but that also feels sturdy. It doesnt have to be a beast, because I am not going to drop it everywhere. The cons to the notebooks are as follows. The DV2000t gets fingerprints all over and it has horrible battery life. The Z61t is a bit pricey and the Vram is integrated. The Vaio C series has a smaller screen and is also a bit pricey. Which of these three do you guys think is best? I will be watching movies on it, surfing the internet, and taking it around a lot.

The dv2000t is a great notebook aside from the GPU now anyways.
3-3 1/2 hours on a 6-Cell Lithium Ion battery is pretty good actually....
I would suggest the dv6000t though, bigger screen and better GPU, you can also customize the specs...
The Sony SZ series is too overpriced

Re: Lenovo Z61t/HP DV2000t/Vaio C
I've seen the Vaio C in stores several times and the thing that always surprises me is how unimpressive the screen is. I've never seen the Z61t, but in a screen war between the C and the dv2000t, the 2000t wins without question. I'm not sure of the weight on the C but it sure looks clunky compared to the 2000t.
Asus G1, Lenovo T400 (provided by work) and a Dell E6510 on the way.
