Default Looking for a 15" laptop for gaming and college

Looking for a 15.6" laptop, will be used for some gaming as well as for college use, so it should be reasonably portable (under 7 lbs).

    1. Budget: $1300

    2. 15.6" screen

    3. United States

    4. Preferred brands: None
    Disliked brands: HP, Dell

    5. No refurbished laptops

    6. Primary tasks: Gaming, school use, programming

    7. Will be taken to class

    8. Games: Guild Wars 2, Skyrim, League of Legends, Borderlands 2

    9. At least 2.5-3 hours of battery life

    10. Online is fine

    11. Windows only

12/13. FHD or 1080p Matte screen

    14. Build quality is reasonably important, should be sturdy enough to last a few years and regular travel

    15. Buying within the next 2 months

    16. The laptop should last around 4 years

    17. Need at least 128 GB of hard disk space

    18. Optical drive would be preferred

Another issue I did not mention is cooling, having a reasonably decent cooling system is a must.

I'm currently looking at a few laptops, the Asus N56Vz, and the Sager NP6165 and NP9130 from Xoticpc, also perhaps the HP dv6 or the Lenovo Y580 but those seem to be of a cheaper make and quality then the other two.

I'd get this from LPCdigital. Ask him about the maximum discount. For a Sager notebook, he gets you the best price, guaranteed.

I would go with the GTX 660M since that is the new Kepler core and it runs cool and fast. You should be able to overclock that nicely. Good battery life also.

Bump, I've heard poor things about the 6350 so I'm questionable about that one
