Two Samsung models - advice please

Hi all,

I'm an impoverished postgrad student looking to buy a replacement notebook, ideally for around £250 (refurbished). I've completed the 'what should I buy' form below, but just wanting people's advice on two models. What are the major differences between the Samsung 300V5A and the Samsung RV515, both of which I think are part of the Series 3 range? Both are available for £250 refurbished which I think is a good price, but am a bit too dense to tell what the differences are and therefore which to go for.

You want Option B, with the "Pentium B950" processor. The other one has an AMD E-450, which is a slower processor meant for an 11-inch Netbook. The B950 is a de-tuned Core i3, so it's a decent value and much faster.

RAM is the easiest thing in the world to upgrade, usually just one screwdriver and then watch a YouTube video for instructions.
