You're looking on Xoticpc, and you haven't seen it? Just go under Gaming Laptops and look at their specs on the page. Those that come to mind are MSI GE60/70, Asus G55 for the GTX 660M, and the Sager can come with the GTX 675M for $100. Browse Xoticpc more often, I say. Configure stuff and see what you like that fits your budget.

I was looking at the following pages:
Comparison of Nvidia graphics processing units - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
GeForce 600 Series - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It seems that the power needed for the GTX 670M is needed. Which one is correct (and is essentially the one NP9130/NP9150 uses)?

I think the sager 9150 would do you justice in every category. 7970m..beast.

Well I'm still debating on why I should choose 9150 if 9130 is a bit cheaper and can be built with the same specs.

I'm also debating on if I should just use nVidia GT 650M if I just play a single game throughout the years. Specifically speaking, League of Legends. I'd actually like to play it on the highest qualities with 60+ FPS. Would a laptop with 650M be more than enough for it? Or with the GTX 670M be the candidate that can do it?

The GT650M can definitely do that for LoL. Of course, if you want to max out later games, I'd advise going for something stronger.

well the np9150 has the backlit keyboard the np9130 doesnt

if thats not important to you then go for the 9130 though be advised you can only get the 670m in that one but that will be plenty for LoL
ordered : clevo p150em from xotic pc

base specs on everything except upgrade to 7970m, matte 95% color gamut screen, downgrade to 1333mhz ram, 6300N and thats it
