    Us Torn between these 3 laptops

    (Buying US budget about $1200)

    Alienware m14x r2 (I can get a $200 gift card with this one because of being a student)

    MSI laptop (better specs almost across the board for cheaper but I'm worried about build quality and lack of reviews)

    I would get the M14x. How much are you getting it for with the discount?

    The 660m is actually not very far in terms of performance from the 650m. You could OC the 650m when you see performance dropping in games. BTW have you considered the Sager NP9130? It comes with the 670m and stays just under 1200 if you choose to pay with case (1250 if credit).

    Im a sucker for the looks of the Alienware m14x , i know its overpriced marketing hype but having a laptop that you just think looks awsome is probably more noticable than slight performance differences.
