Going to stick between these two due to discounts im getting for being a student please tell me which u think is better?

I like the Dell because the screen is bigger, but as far as power goes, obviously the Alienware is better. Stronger CPU and GPU.

The M14x is far better. And I agree with the Killer wireless but the 8Gb is not necessary for you. I doubt you'll even use 6. I'm also a big supporter of the AW warranties.

Yes, but I don't see why you would. It's just a $30 upgrade for the 1202. I don't know if the 1103 fits in the M14x because it's not offered on Dells website so if you wanted that one you'd have to first find out if it works in the M14x and then install it yourself which I'm sure you could find guides/videos on how to do.
