Is this Asus A52F Laptop good enough for multi-tasking fast?

I will be using it for:
- internet surfing - using 6-8 tabs at a time, sometimes on 2 separate g.chrome windows
- listening to itunes
- watching youtube videos, movies
- MS Office 2010 word processing/excel spreadsheets
Sometimes all 4 open at the same time,
Can this Asus A52F handle this usage at a fast/good speed (no lagging), all day long?
Also according to the above link it has 3GB RAM with 4GB 'expandable memory'.
Not sure if this means 4GB is the maximum, or 4gb more can be added, which would make it max 7GB
If i can expand more by 4gb, how much faster will it be with my usage?
if i can only add 1gb . will it make much difference, for what i do?
Overall opinions of this laptop/spec for what i will he doing??
