I also want something with something like a 650m+ and lightweight as possible

Re: Should I buy this?
check that sticky in about a month, you'll have a much better idea of what's available.
Mainstream line of IVB comes out in june, and that's where most of the ultrabooks will fall. There are sure to be many with discrete cards, hopefully someone puts together IVB + 650M in an affordable 12"-14" package with a good screen.
May I ask why you dislike lenovo? I'm in the same boat as you (canadian with more or less same wishlist, same budget though i'll add an ssd and ram later), and based on all news i've heard so far, the thinkpad edge 430s is what i'm expecting to jump on. The new y480 should be in your crosshairs too, though it has just the standard screen resolution.
as for gaming benchmarks, as most of these laptops havnt been released yet, it's hard to say, but notebookcheck has some preliminary benchmarks up that you might want to take a look at. (search the name of the videocard in question on that site)
