17) How much hard drive space do you need; 80GB to 640GB? Do you want a SSD drive?

the w150er is your best choice, since I dont know if HP accepts paypal international

Re: Gaming Laptop for $1000
If HP acceptes international payments, the Pavilion dv6t with a GT650m is a good option... may be a little over $1000, but you can check it.
You can find HERE a list of the resellers here in the forum. You can ask them for help and payment options.
HERE you can also find a list of resellers website for many different brands. That might also help you!
I think you have it narrowed. Get a i7 3rd Gen (a 3610QM will do). A GT 650 will also do for light gaming. A SSD is a lil bit expensive yet (IMO). It's cheaper if you buy it later and upgrade it urself. Just keep in mind that depending on the laptop you get, you'll only have room for one storage drive, and a big 600Gb SSD can cost you almost the price of a entire laptop. Keep an eye out for what you're buying if you want a SSD and a minimum 750Gb storage space.
I think in present days all notebooks have at least a standard CD/DVD burner. Some companies offer you the option of putting a storage drive in the place of the optical drive. You can buy a external one, it's cheap, but remember you'll have to carry it around.Compaq Presario 2100: 1.52GHz of pure power!!!

Re: Gaming Laptop for $1000
for bf3 yes. you need a more powerful gpu for that, but with your budget the only thing that I can think of is the msi force 1762 or the 16f3, but they end up a little bit above
