Re: *Read* MSI vs. Asus vs. PowerPro
the sager np6165, would that be considered a good sager? I know it doesnt have the 670m or 570m but other than that, with upgraded cpu and os is it good?

Re: *Read* MSI vs. Asus vs. PowerPro
While, my gaming needs will probally be there but are porbally more minimal than im making them. Mostly viedo editng and recording, which I think the gpu helps with. For gaming it will probally be some recent games and a few in the future, low detail is okay. I would think i wouldget a medium setttings one.
So for that is the 650m okay? I still wmay get the 670 but 650 is a back up

Re: *Read* MSI vs. Asus vs. PowerPro
The PowerPro has the fastest GPU of the three, but it's all last-generation tech - the GPU is 40 nm Fermi and the processor is Sandy Bridge. Speedwise it'll do, but it'll probably be heavier, require a heavier adapter, and get worse battery life. The shorter warranty is a potential issue as well, and it's the most expensive of the three.
The MSI is the cheapest, has the second fastest GPU, and is generally better spec-wise than the ASUS, though I don't know about build quality.
The ASUS is close to the MSI in performance, but it's got a slower hard drive and a weaker, DDR3 version of the 650m, all for a higher price. I would avoid this one unless the build quality is exceptional.Old - Inspiron 1420 - T7500, 8400M GS, 3GB DDR2, 250GB 5400 RPM, Win 7 HP 64

Re: *Read* MSI vs. Asus vs. PowerPro
I ed definitely recommend buying it from Xoticpc any day. A clear NO for buying it from Sager directly.

Re: *Read* MSI vs. Asus vs. PowerPro
Okay, thanks. I don't have any idea of who to buy from. Knowing that I'm probally gona go with the msi or sager. Since im still waiting a couple weeks to buy it I can hopefully find some customer reviews on the 2, for build quality ect. Thanks again for helping
