I'd buy a w110er probably if it had ddr5. I plan on hooking it up to a 1080p monitor.

this thread applies directly to me..exactly what im looking for

that w110er is the oddball because i plan to connect to a 1080p monitor but also use without...

the question is will the 11.6' screen drive me crazy..a 14' would be perfect....

My guess, purely irresponsible speculation, that they will have a 13 inch when the GT 660m gets released, likely with GDDR5. But that's just me.

I just ordered the Sager NP6110 (Clevo W110ER), so will do a full write up with benchmarks when I get it. I should have an ETA by tomorrow afternoon.

Right there with you. Although the Origin seems to have the DDR5 option?

Also, well see what gets launched tomorrow...

Origin does not have the GDDR5 option. The card and chips are soldered on the mainboard and come from Clevo. Unless Origin managed a special order somehow with GDDR5, but I doubt it.

They just revised it to DDR3 in their config page.
