Of this two I would certainly get the asus, however you may also want to consider this asus:Amazon.com: ASUS Republic of Gamers G53SX-AH71 15.6-Inch Gaming Laptop (Black): Computers & Accessories
And this acer:Amazon.com: Acer Aspire AS7750G-9810 17.3-Inch Laptop (Black): Computers & Accessories

Re: Laptop Decisions!
The ASUS N73SV's GPU is below par for its price range if you're looking for something that is gaming-capable.
The X775-Q7380 is not a particularly good option in general, because it has a 17.3" display with 1600x900 resolution. 15.6" 1366x768 and 17.3" 1600x900 displays limit multitasking and productivity because they make things onscreen large, and they tend to have terrible image quality due to low contrast. It is a good idea to avoid such displays unless eyesight-related issues require larger text.
It's also worth noting that there is more sense in getting a 15.6" display with 1920x1080 resolution than a 17.3" display with 1600x900 resolution. The former gives you a larger effective onscreen workspace and better image quality.
If game performance is a top priority, look at the Sager NP9130: Sager NP9130 / Clevo P151EM1 - XOTIC PC - Sager 15.6" Laptop
- Scroll down and select Windows under Operating System.
You can also get decent GPUs in:
- Sager NP6165 (GT 650M, 15.6" 1920x1080)
- Sager NP6175 (GT 650M, 17.3" 1920x1080)Dell Precision M4400 - QX9200 | 15.4" 1920x1200 RGBLED | Quadro 770M | 4GB | 500GB | 7 Pro
