What notebook should I buy?

Hi, I've been looking for a PC notebook under $700 and these are some of the specs I would need:
Weight? We can prob keep it lower than 5 lbs.
Battery life? Better than 3 hours
Screen size? 13 or maybe 15.
Do you prefer glossy or matte screens? matte due to lack of glare.
How much hard drive space do you need? not lower than 120gigs in this day and age.
Windows 7 preloaded
Capability of running GIS program
Possibly playing DVD
2nd or 3rd generation
4 GB ram

What do you recommend?
