High quality builds is a debatable point. Show me a comparison between Sager and Alienware.

Alienware does offer better warranties, but you have to pay even more.

The NP8150 also has a subwoofer.

It's really absurd to even compare the NP8150 to the M14x at all, they're not even in the same class of computer.

And since Gamer872 said "show me the flashiest notebook under 7 pounds with a GTX graphics card", the 14x is right out, with its GT540m.

Ok, just replace every mention of the 540 with the 555. The points still stand.

The 540 and 555M are worlds apart though. It has long battery because it has switchable graphics. A low power Intel GPU for minimal tasks and the highest end GT card at the highest configuration (192 bit DDR3) possible. It cannot fit a GTX card because the 555M is integrated on the motherboard, therefore if a GTX 560M was put into the m14x we would get a 5 inch thick desktop like your other comment or whatever it is you were saying.

    Alienware M14x: i7 2630QM 2.0ghz; NVIDIA GT555M 3.0GB @ 800/1050/1600; 8GB DDR3 RAM 1600mhz; 64gb Crucial M4 SSD + 500GB 7,200RPM HDD; 14.0 in. WLED HD+ 1600x900 Display; Intel 6205 Advanced WiFi; Klipsch 2.1 Stereo Speakers w/ Subwoofer

It makes literally no difference. It still doesn't bear comparing to the cards in the 8150.

Yes, which is why I stated the Sager will have better performance. The m14x will be smaller, have much better battery (more than twice the sager from statistics ive seen), and still have decent performance. After all this though, you still continue to keep repeating these terrible things about Alienware. No company is perfect, but why cant we just make the pros and cons of each computer and leave the buyer to decide?

I don't think I ever said terrible things about Alienware. It's very obvious that the M14x is below the 8150 performancewise. The M14x will still play games pretty well, but Gamer872 wants a GTX class card, which the 14x doesn't have.

Weve already stated this multiple times, but you continue to come in and say (supposed unintentional) false information like the 540M

I edited my post, there, no more (supposed unintentional) false information. Happy? Point still stands.

Sure, why not. But the point still remains is that it uses optimus and not "low end video cards" to reach the 6 hour battery life it gets. Just wanted to clear that up.

It doesn't use Optimus while gaming.
