But thats again completely different, and sure you could say Im saying that if you wanted to disreguard everything else I said. The m14x is comparable in size to the DV6, and in LxW its smaller, just thicker in a nutshell. Ive restated this a few times, am I saying something wrong? If youre confused like really let me know because Im getting it and hoping Im not saying it wrong. The m14x will take up less space on a desk but will stick up higher. M14x is thicker but shorter in length a width? Its not like the m14x is the size of your desktop and Im saying the DV6 is bigger. Why do you wish to argue about this? Ive compared the dimensions and its true. You just continue to twist my words to try to make me look stupid or something.

I'm not trying to make you look stupid or anything. Just saying your argument is wrong.

How? If you do have actual proof I honestly want to see (dimensions, pictures, ect.). All you keep doing is repeating "make my 5 foot thick desktop thin and its smaller than a phone" or something like that

Let me break it down for you. You're saying that if you ignore height and weight, the 14x is smaller than the DV6t. Height and weight are the two things that make the 14x BIGGER than the DV6t. Since height and weight also make my desktop bigger than the M14x, I'm using that example to point out the fallacy in your reasoning.

But theyre completely different. How can I be wrong really? Im saying the m14x uses less actual space on a desk or flat surface or in space in general than the DV6, but will be higher up. That cant be wrong, its right, but if you disagree you disagree. Its like saying gravity isnt real because you dont like it.

What I'm saying is that the 14x is actually bigger and heavier. What you're actually saying is "yeah, if you disregard the fact that it's bigger and heavier, then it's actually smaller!"

I've grown tired of this and I'm pretty sure you're being obtuse on purpose, so I'll just stop.

Im not, Im stating and a fact that in LxW its smaller but just thicker. How am I being obtuse? That sounds like some sort of overweight joke. I just honestly want to know how my statement is "wrong". Its right.

    On a desk
    The m14x
    will use less space
    of the desk.

Well just so you know I canceled the dv6t order and ordered the M14x. I get what you're saying Gears, I don't know why Hockey is making such a big deal, it's just semantics. I think it is more important for portability to have something that takes up less surface area and comparing a desktop to a laptop is completely out of context when it comes to size.

I'm making a big deal because his argument is ridiculous. Weight is a factor in portability, is it not?

Anyway, this is pointless and I'm bored of it.

I think you said that a few posts ago. Im not saying weight isnt a factor, Im just saying it takes up less surface area. Tell me in exact quotes where I said weight isnt important or anything like that.
