==========
I am pretty experienced with laptops, so feel free to get a little techy on me. Now I'm going to be getting this for Christmas, what I've looked at so far is the Asus g53sx-a1, and i may be set on it. I just want some further insight on whether or not there's other choices. This is going to be used heavily for gaming, and some school work keep in mind...* removed by mod. please review the forum rules *

Sager's 8150 (from Malibal or Xotic, or from the Canadian resellers).
Or 8130 if you want.

Re: New Gaming Laptop for Christmas
Why get a G74 when you can just as easily afford a VX7 with the same graphics card?
I think it's still on preorder though.
old: blue Dell Inspiron 1420 - core 2 duo processor, some very low nVidia graphics card, given to sister
new: Asus N55SL - i7 2670qm, GT635m, 8gb RAM, 750gb 5400rpm HD, external speakers included
