I would say Sager NP8150 or Sager NP8170 depending what size you want.

-tell me your specific budget, evrything after taxes, shipping
-what kind of gpu do you want ? do you want the best, do you want just enough for high settings or do you want high mid's and low high's ?
-do you have a copy of win7 or will you recquire new win7 licence with new laptop ?

I would say 560htx is the best gpu you will be able to afford in that price range.
15'' will be cheaper a bit, tell me do you want 15'' or 17'', usually everyone know which size they want, would make my life easier trying to configure a lot of laptops :P

i really dont know to be honest....
If u say 15" is alot cheaper id go with the 15" but if the difference is not that much i would take the 17"

Sry I know that is not really the answer you were looking for but I always had desktop computer before...

I'm getting everything together, the diff between the 15'' and 17'' is less than $100, but you get 8gb of ram in 17'' instead of 4gb in 15'', so clearly 17'' turns out to be better buy.

Shipping is UPS Express SaverSM Next Day $187.85
But I saw their rep on this site has this in his signature "International Customers: 40% OFF UPS Express Rates"
So the shipping would be actually $112, which is not bad, I paid $130 for mine.

So all together $1412 plus taxes.

If you're getting the Alienware M14x, you need to change these two things.

    1) Get the 1600x900 display. It's the most worthwhile upgrade because you'll actually notice a big difference right off the bat. You're upgrading both screen quality, and screen resolution which lets you fit more on the screen at once. The 1366x768 resolution is intended for 11.6" laptops, and that's what it's used in. Really 13.3" and smaller is the maximum you want 1366x768 in. This is the one upgrade you should never skip. Don't upgrade anything else on the laptop until you've got this factored in.

    2) The 3GB graphics card is a waste of money. Stick with the 1.5GB. It's a scam on Dell's part, because 3GB will never actually make a difference. Most games can't even utilize a full 1GB on a card of the 555M level, letalone 3GB. This card would do better with 512MB of GDDR5 memory than 3GB of GDDR3.
