Recommendations Appreciated!

i am looking for a small powerhouse that can handle photoshop cs3 with some other windows open at the same time.

Display: 13 to 14 inches. i dont want a glossy screen, matte or non reflective only.

OS: windows 7 i guess. i love my ipad & iphone but my expensive software such as photoshop is all windows. i did consider running windows on a mac but doesnt that defeat the purpose? i also considered repurchasing the software for mac if i cant find a good windows solution.

Cost: whatever it takes. this is a solution i need now and cost is not a concern.

Misc. requirements: quiet & cool. threw out an hp that sounded like a
hairdryer. the fans have to be quiet. lightweight. backlit keyboard for typing in low light conditions.

i was considering the new sony s series and would like input on other options and recommendations. thanks so much!
