Moderating basically lets you delete duplicate posts, move posts to the right forum, and other housekeeping type stuff. It also lets you stand out from the crowd as a community leader. In any event, if you want to help, please let me know. Related note...we're also actively looking for mods at our PDA and Tablet PC sites as well.
