    Default Best SATA hard drives

I'm looking to buy a SATA hard drive for my notebook but i'm not sure which brand to get. i haven't been able to find a comparison online between different brands of SATA hard drives. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I personally would wait for the Hitachi 7k100 7200RPM drive which comes in a SATA version.

I haven't had any SATA drives, but the three Hitachi 7k60s I've had have all performed very well and quiet as well.

Hmm, I wish Western Digital made notebook sata hard drives, they are the best on the market.

Yea, my 2nd choice would be the hitachi hard drives, those are gold!
