Core 2 Duo T5250 vs Τ5450
...actually i am beetween in Fujitsu Siemens
Amilo Pi 2530-PI and HP
G7050ev ...
i need it for graphics in photoshop / flash / dreamweaver etc ...and internet...
Opinions please???

It's slightly faster, but you would not see a huge difference in real world application. If you are constantly running CPU intensive programs, you might want to opt for a larger jump into the T7xxx.

Both processors roughly performs same. The difference is negligible, dont bother with those processors. Make sure you choose the one with great build quality, helpful customer support.
