Toshiba x205-9359 or Dell M1730

So I am wanting to buy a descently hardcore gaming laptop that is pretty future-proof and DX10 compatible.

I was wondering if I should wait till the M1730 comes out or is the x205 pretty comparable?

I'll take functionality waaay over looks. Looks dont really matter to me since I will be using it in Hotel rooms.

Yeah my only concern with the Clevo/Sager is:
A. What is support like if the unit breaks? am I going to have to go through hell to get something fixed? It seems like the only way to get these is through sketchy type dealers. The reason I like Dell or Toshiba is they go through well known distributers or through the company themselves.
B. What if I dont like it. Can I return it within a certian period and get my money back?

a) the service and support for getting custom "boutique brand" notebooks is usually much better than getting it from a large OEM... due to better personal services, as well as domestic support. If you look up the resellerratings and BBB (better business bureau) for Dell, HP, Sony, Toshiba... etc.. you will find that they are par... at best.
