There's an error message popping up saying that your_exe.exe has stopped working every once in a while. I did a little research and found out that it's a malware, and I have SUPERantispyware and have performed a system scan, but it doesn't seem to recognized your_exe.exe as something harmful. How can I get rid of it from my computer?

Try a different one and see if it catches it. Maybe MBAM.

    I have 2 suggestions:
    1. Download and run Dr. Web CureIt. Run a full scan.

    2. Download and scan your system using Hitman Pro. You will need a working internet connection while running the scan. To remove any infection found, just activate the trial licence and delete or quarantine any infections. You can scan your system for free for the lifetime of the product, but removal of infections is only active for 30 days upon activation of trial licence [P.S.:- Try this suggestion first.]

If the above 2 suggestions fail to remove the viri, then unfortunately a complete re-install of your OS is your best bet.
Let us know how it goes.

    Cheers and good luck.

If you are grasping at straws... try installing KIS - the trial lasts 30 days and is fully functional.
