Does anyone have an XPS 9550 with the Samsung SM961 or PM961 NVMe SSD? I am tempted to buy the Samsung 950 Pro, but it's only available in 512GB. My PM951 is giving me the known BSOD in Windows 10. So, I am looking forward to buying the 1TB SM961 as an upgrade to the capacity and fix the BSOD, once it is available again. Just wondering if anyone is having any issues with them such as BSOD in Windows 10, etc.

Are they even available yet? I tried to order one the day after it was announced and the earliest I could source one was October. I cancelled it because at that point the 960 Pro should be close to being out.

The bluescreen must come from the driver you are using and not from the SSD.
I had not one BSOD with my SM951 in the last 2 months.

They were on one known website called RamCity in Australia, but now on back order. I was told to wait for 2-3 months until they come massively in stock for other retailers/stores. I'm excited for the 960 Pro as well, but I don't think I will spend the extra money for it. The SM961 is already good. :]

the 960 pro should be cheaper. Last year, the SM951 launched for $470 while the 950 pro variant was $350.

Have you tried removing Intel RST, and only installing the driver, but NOT the program?
