    Just curious what others get with latest bios 1.14 for the 9570 with Cinebench R15 and Windows 10 1909 and on AC. I noticed a drastic performance loss for mine, now just getting around 1100 even with a -110mV undervolt, where I was getting around 1250 a few months ago still.

    I have meltdown and spectre mitigations off via InSpectre, but this seems to be ignored now or some other mitigations really hit the 9570 hard. Really upsetting to see.

    This is because the CPU Microcode has been updated to fix those vulnerabilities. So even if you turn off software mitigations off, once the CPU microcode has been "fixed" it is no longer vulnerable, but you still have the performance hit. GG Intel.

    I also notice a loss of performance on my 9570 I9 with every Windows update. About -10% to -15% over the past 1.5 years
