You always were able to, you can do right now. But using S3 sleep causes the still not fixed drain bug after waking up in Windows 10.

lol. You can return to the store anytime to buy a different computer.

But then you have to figure out how to dump the XPS.

Havent returned anything unless it was physically and severely damaged. So let me get this straight

You get a dell 9570 for x amount of money. 4-5-6 months pass by and price drops 500 euros. You take it back and you say that theres dpc latency and problems with modern standby and gpu polling the fans and you get to buy the currents gen best offering as if youve paid that money today?

    No.

You go to the retail store and they refuse to take back your Dell 9570 because those were design features not defects. So you take out say Euro 2000 cash money from your wallet and buy a different brand computer.

When you return home, you try to sell your defective used Dell 9570 to somebody else on ebay on your own time at a price he or she is willing to pay.

I remember people saying on this thread they spoke to dell reps and they told them they are unhappy with the product and all of its flaws and the said they could return them for a refund or is that wrong. It was sometime earlier in the year. I may be mistaken though

Right, but there were posts basically saying that it's Dell's fault that modern standby isn't good...

Some people have been lucky while others have not. I wouldn't count on being able to return the laptop to Dell after months of use.

Isn't that maknelly90 infact a Dell-employee, so Dell is infact praising itself here?
