Power plan? There is only balanced. Yeah I know cs struggles, but 430 in cinebench with a 15W usage, that's worse than a 6 yr old crap cpu hah :D this beast should deliver better

That is irrelevant and incorrect for the 9570. Because 9570 uses modern standby, there is just one power plan "balanced", and 90% of the settings of the plan are also hidden and handled by Windows. This is true for all connected standby / modern standby devices since Windows 8. The moment a device uses modern standby, the way the power plans work and are handled by Windows change. Most people dont know this and also all articles on the Internet are outdated, and never updated to this. Just if you deactivate modern standby and reboot, the normal power plans will become visible again and also all its settings.

Tragic:no: This modern standby feature crap is mostly intended for use with Smartphones, tablets or Microsoft's own Surface Book Throttlebooks. Force it on as default (If you meant this) is lame/stupid. Disgusting!

Tested out Bitsum's latest version of ParkControl?
v1.3.0.8 – Support Bitsum Highest Performance on Microsoft Surface (and other) devices with locked down power plans.

Have you booted with the AC plugged in? If I connect the AC after boot, my machine shows the same results.

I have it on high performance, you can change if you just left click the battery icon hahah
Running battery saver all the time on battery, not when the AC adapter is connected :)

So something else that is holding me back...

If running Windows 10, just click on the battery in the task bar and you will see it :)

How do I save the changes (permanently) in the "Intel UHD-graphics Control Panel" ?

After bios update I have to change things in the panel, but changes are not saved and after reboot it is back to default. I can save it to a profile, but then I have to load this profile after each reboot.
