    I've installed 32gigs, 2 x HyperX HX426S15IB2/16 Impact RAM, 2666 MHz, DDR4, CL15 SODIMM, 16 GB on my XPS i7 9560.
Both the BIOS and CPU-Z report 2666 speed, if that matters (about 1% speed gain?).

The upgrade has been urgent and unexpected, I needed to replace 1 of the factory installed 2x8gb SK-Hynix modules, as it died (R.I.P. after 28 months).

It just complements A51M perfectly. As for the battery issues its present since skylake+ machines from Dell/AW.

You should check with every BIOS update.

    Hi everyone,
I am trying to update the BIOS and install the 1.14.3 release via Dell Command. The installation produces an error which I am not able to identify.
The Activity Log just shows an error/warning and it says installation completed.

I have, also, checked Dell's website and I see there is a 1.15.0 version. Dell Command does not recognise it cause I believe it has to install 1.14.3.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this before I install the update manually (via a USB drive---I really wanted to avoid this
    Thanks

Did you try downloading 1.15.0 and installing it? Dell Command is typically a couple weeks behind.

Thanks - I can now confirm that upgrading to 1.15.0 left the speedshift register intact!
