Quick question. On the dell website, when you look at xps 15, it only shows the xps 15 9570. Does that mean they no longer sell the 9560 anymore?

still setting up the 9560 /w win 10 enterprise.
almost all works, but three things:
    - windows hello/fingerprint - if i try to set up a fingerprint, i just get a flash screen of something opening/closing. yes, i have the synaptics drivers and they appear to be working by device manager. also, biometrics is enabled in the group policy.
    - intel hd graphics control panel doesn't appear, i just get an initialization screen for 10 s. apparently it would have a saturation setting to get rid of the god-awful over-saturation of the screen.
    - which nvidia services can be disabled? the driver install puts like 6 of them on the scheduler. ok, not a bug, but...
yes, i have googled these problems quite a bit but found no working answers. pointers, plz.

Hey Gonzo, did you get the vPro version of 9260 or without vPro? Just curious if theres literally any difference. I'm thinking about upgrading my 1535.

On ebay they show two pictures with MM numbers different on the module:
957712 with vPro and 958867 without.

answering my own question - got intel hd graphics to show its menu - reinstalled a few times, but i think installing displaycal (all hail to reddit user @diruat - https://www.reddit.com/r/Dell/comments/6sg2gj/dell_xps_15_4k_9560_color_profiles_calibration ) did the trick, and also made running intel's control panel almost mute. maybe there was some corrupt profile that prevented it from loading...

the rest of the problems @ msg 4274 remain, though...

    Hello guys - quick question.
Swapping the Keypad from non QWERTY layout to QWERTY - would you suggest take off each different key top, and just move them onto the other, or is it better to disassemble? (if I remember - replacing the key on 9560 takes about 45mins fully). o_O Even with the antistatic mat last time one stopped working shortly after - maybe just unlucky.

    Thanks

Easier to swap the keyboard rather than break keys doing the swap, you may need a new palmrest as some keys are not the same shape

Good shout - noticed it a bit dusty inside. Have cleaned, repasted and changed the keyboard. Much better now. :) (quicker than the last one). Thanks.
