Hi everyone! This has probably been poster before but I couldn't find anything.
I've found a good deal on an XPS 13 7390 from dell but it comes with ubuntu, while I do know how to use ubuntu, I'll need windows on this system.
My question is: can I just install windows 10 from a usb drive? are there any difference between a model that comes with ubuntu and a model that comes with windows already installed? what do you think is the best way to do this?
    Thanks in advance

Yes, I have a license and I was planning to do that with the media creation tool, can I just boot and install from the usb once it's ready or should I do something else first?

You may need to enable boot from USB and disable UEFI security to kick off the install (depending on how the previous user had it setup) - this is done in the BIOS or on the F12 boot option screen. After that (during the install) you want to pick "Advanced" and on the next screen delete all the existing partitions (so the list is empty) and then let windows install to the empty drive.
