    For that you're going to want to get the CoreAVC package, and use the directions at the CCCP wiki to make sure CCCP uses CoreAVC where appropriate. Since it's a netbook, DON'T enable CUDA for CoreAVC.

    Get yourself a TechNet subscription. Then download the product key and ISO for Windows 7.

    There is your answer.
