That isnt windows sidebar, it is a little program that I helped with back in the day called Samurize :) Or Serious Samurize.
Its like Rainmeter, but better. I made all the graphics for it, except for the icons. It has an editor where you add meters, and plugins.

Ya, there were many plugins for it back in the day, including HWINFO, motherboard monitor (MBM), winamp, etc.

It looks like it's somewhat still around too:
    http://www.samurize.com/modules/news/
    http://www.samurize.com/modules/mydownloads/

Downloads don't have a copy of the installer, but Tom's does:
    https://downloads.tomsguide.com/Samurize,0301-1250.html

The home page gives me odd looping errors:
    http://www.samurize.com/

Strict Standards: Non-static method XoopsErrorHandler::getInstance() should not be called statically in/home/samurize/public_html/class/errorhandler.php on line 218

Yes, I dont understand. The site has been left up with no admins to slowly decay. I believe it was last hosted by Stardock. I actually created a website a couple years ago to try and get some of the old coders, and admins attention, so that I may obtain the source code to continue the project, but had zero response. The fact that it is nearly a full time job controlling incoming spam on a forum based website, also made me shut it down.

I tried doing that, but it didn't actually remove the tile, instead it just stopped it updating that tile with information, so that's why I instead chose "Unpin from Start".

    Windows 10 version 1809 upgrade could invalidate Administrator account Ghacks.net | January 02, 2019
It appears that the list of bugs in Windows 10 version 1809, the October 2018 Update, is still growing despite Microsoft's efforts to fix these bugs.

Microsoft's Japanese Ask the Network & AD Support Team confirmed another bug in Windows 10 version 1809; the bug may occur when devices running Windows 10 version 1803, the April 2018 Update, are upgraded to Windows 10 version 1809.

According to the report, the built-in Windows 10 administrators account may be invalidated during the upgrade. In other words: it cannot be used anymore because it is broken after the upgrade.

Still, with just three months to go until the next feature upgrade is released, Microsoft needs to find a way to fix all outstanding issues and do something against a growing number of criticism leveled at the company's update testing and release schedule policies.
