Try Wintoolkit 1.7.0.7(You should add it to MG) and new NTLite.
Took me 16hrs to make them because SSDs are boiling due to high ambient temps ~30-40C. Mounting a WIM boils the SSD to 70C.
Refrain from using sfc /scannow as Post install task, it brought back deleted items on 1903 and I pulled few of my hairs out for wasting my time.

    KB4494441 Windows 10 1809 17763.503 + KB4499728 as SSU

    Known issues with the KB4494441

    • After you install this update, there may be problems with the Preboot Execution Environment (PXE) to start a device from a Windows Deployment Services (WDS) server that is configured to use the Window Extension variable. This can cause the connection to the WDS server to be prematurely terminated while the image is being downloaded. This problem does not affect clients or devices that do not use a Window Extension variable.
    • Certain actions, such as For example, renaming files or folders that reside on a Cluster Shared Volume (CSV) may fail with a "STATUS_BAD_IMPERSONATION_LEVEL (0xC00000A5)" error. This occurs when you perform the action on a CSV owner node from a process that has no administrator rights.
    • When attempting to print from Microsoft Edge or other Universal Windows Platform (UWP) applications, you may receive the error message: "Your printer has encountered an unexpected configuration problem. 0x80070007e. "
    • After installing KB4493509, devices with some installed Asian language packs might receive the error "0x800f0982 - PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND".
    • Workarounds on the support page

    Fixed issues with the KB4494441
    • Enables "Retpoline" by default when Specter Variant 2 (CVE-2017-5715) is enabled. Ensure that earlier operating system protections against the Specter Variant 2 vulnerability are enabled with the registry settings described in the Windows Client and Windows Server articles. (These registry settings are enabled by default for Windows Client OS editions, but disabled by default for Windows Server OS editions.) For more information about "Retpoline" see Reducing Spektrovariante 2 with Retpoline under Windows.
    • Provides protection against a new subclass of microarchitectural data sampling vulnerabilities in 64-bit (x64) versions of Windows (CVE-2018-11091, CVE-2018-12126, CVE-201:cool:. 12127, CVE-2018-12130). Use the registry settings as described in the Windows Client and Windows Server articles. (These registry settings are enabled by default for Windows Client OS editions and Windows Server OS editions.)
    • Adds "uk.gov" to the HTTP Strict Transport Security Top Level Domains (HSTS TLD) for Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge.
    • Fixes an issue that may cause "Error 1309" when installing or uninstalling certain types of .msi and.msp files on a virtual disk.
    • Fixes a problem that prevents the Microsoft Visual Studio Simulator from starting.
    • Fixes an issue where zone transfers between primary and secondary DNS servers may fail over the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP).
    • Fixes an issue where the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) Management Information Base registration fails if the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) provider uses the Windows SMI2SMIR.exe tool.
    • Fixes an issue that may cause the text, layout, or cell size to be narrower or wider than expected in Microsoft Excel when you use the MS UI Gothic or MS PGothic fonts.
    • Security updates for Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Scripting Engine, Windows App Platform and Frameworks, Windows Graphics, Windows Storage and Filesystems, Windows Cryptography, Microsoft JET Database Engine, Windows Kernel, Windows Virtualization and Windows Server.
KB4499728 servicing stack update (First install the SSU).

I installed this update just a few minutes ago when I saw news of this. At first it said that KB4494441 had been installed sucessfully, but when I checked the version number of the OS Build it hadn't updated to 17763.503 - so I had to click on the Update button again, at which point it said it was installing that KB4494441 - and this time it installed properly and changed the version number of the OS Build to 17763.503. Basically, don't expect this update to be installed even if it says it's been installed, I had to run it twice to get the OS Build number to change. So far no issues for me with this update, but to be honest I installed it 5 mins ago and all I've done is internet browsing!

    As standalone or via Update?
Edit. Forget it... I expect You used Win Update as usual. No problems as you running standalone update in offline.

It seems Micro$lope preferred push it out along with their older OS versions this time without let it go via guinea pigs first. Aka they are back to old screw up!!

Yep, I was just pushing the update button, I didn't download it manually via the catalogue for example.
