Computerworld continues their critical analysis of Windows 10::) And Micro$h4ft is so blind that they can’t see it. Maybe we could put together some money and buy them glasses?

Found a bug after updating this one: It deletes/updates netfx assemblies causing huge stutters or slowdown in shutdown/resboot process. I was able to find a workaround:
Everyone needs to update x86 assemblies first and then x64 assemblies. Use elevated powershell or cmd prompt.
    Code:
    cd C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319
    ngen update

    cd C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319
    ngen update

Observed slow boot and suddenly Hardware reserved memory increased from 33.3MB to 3.3GB (in Task Manager > Memory )showed 3.3GB. I thought my RAM is faulty so I booted Linux and on Linux I can see them just fine.

    Windows 10 Cumulative Update July 16 2018

    KB4345421 Download = http://download.windowsupdate.com/d..._c5a035dc1ec030a5be0626c8b019b9c4f6e8a1a6.msu

This updates Windows 10 to build 117134.167

The update KB4345421 for Windows 10 version 1803 addresses several issues caused by updates released on the July 2018 Patch Day.

Microsoft notes that the update does not introduce new features to the operating system. Note that Microsoft may not list all changes on the Knowledgebase page as indicated by "key changes include" on that page.

      • Addresses an issue that may cause some devices running network monitoring workloads to receive the 0xD1 Stop error because of a race condition after installing the July update.
      • Addresses an issue with the DHCP Failover server that may cause enterprise clients to receive an invalid configuration when requesting a new IP address. This results in a loss of connectivity.
      • Addresses an issue that may cause the restart of the SQL Server service to fail occasionally with the error, “Tcp port is already in use”.
      • Addresses an issue that occurs when an administrator tries to stop the World Wide Web Publishing Service (W3SVC). The W3SVC remains in a "stopping" state, but cannot fully stop or it cannot be restarted.
Admins and users have reported these issues in the comment section of our July 2018 Patch Day overview ever since the updates were released by Microsoft.

Microsoft states that it is not aware of any issues with the update; this may change in the coming days when admins and users install the new update and report issues back to Microsoft. The past has shown that Microsoft's "known issues" fails to list issues occasionally (or regularly?).
