I requested a copy and figured It would be a good idea to look for a thread like this before blindly posting a new one like n00b. Hope all goes well, gonna try it on the 31 and the 51.

Please do start a new thread. It would be great to have one for each toughbook model. I will then add them to the (NEVER READ) FAQ

After using Windows 10 PRO for a few days it's a keeper.
The Intel 945 Chipset Driver is working as well as can be expected.
Full HD videos run smoothly when played with VLC.
Everything else is fast and smooth.
Touch screen, Hot keys, and GPS are perfect.

Solved my Canon ImageCLASS D480 printer issue by installing Win8.1 driver from Canon. Works great!

Second problem: SDHC reader doesn't work. (Had this problem with Win8 64bit too.) Tried 64bit Win8 driver for CF-31 MK4. It is Realtek, not Ricoh, so it didn't work. The MK3 and lower MKs only have Bluetooth driver for 64bit Win8. So I have not yet found a driver for the SDHC reader. For the time being, I am just using a PC Card SDHC reader. Has anyone else come across a working 64bit driver?

Adding to pile of ToughBooks that work with Windows 10 Pro:

    CF-31 MK1 specifically CF-31ACBJNDM.
Everything worked after clean install of 64bit build 10240, except:

Panasonic Misc driver and Hotkey driver
These were easily installed with 64bit Windows 7 drivers from util folder that I copied to an SD card before installing Win10.

Gobi 2000 also had to be installed using Panasonic CSA software. It installed the drivers for the Gobi2000, but the application itself would not run. I did not try compatibility mode. I uninstalled CSA (which left the drivers behind) and just installed the Verizon VZAccess Manager. Even the SDHC reader works! It has installed exactly the same SDHC driver as the CF-30 MK3. But it works in CF-31, and not in CF-30 Go figure!!

    Hi all

Install on mine went well I have a pair, CF-30CCQ90BM MK 1 CF-30FAS89AM MK2 On the C Model the Sierra Wireless doesn't work, but I don't need it. On the F Model I have a dual touchscreen/digitizer which worked in Win 7 fine, but in Win 10 will only see it as a touchscreen I can live with that for now.

I also have a pair of CF 18 Ns, where the install was not so easy but finally work.(see my other threads)

Over all Win 10 is good, but archaic hidden menus, privacy and drivers issues make it hard to recommend 100% maybe 75% for now.
