I'm running windows 10 pro build 1809 on my laptop and I was trying to set the brightness settings separately for plugged in vs battery and also for the laptop to drop brightness to below 20 percent when it reaches low battery.

For some reason I cant seem to find this option. Why in god's name did MS remove that option from the advanced settings in the power plans?

Think they removed it. Have two laptops and can't find the option on both of them. I used it every day. Now it's missing...

It is saved separately but isn't a slider anymore. Youll see presets of brightness values now. You can adjust the values on ac power, turn the charger off and set the brightness on battery. the setting will then apply globally from then.
