Perhaps this will provide a neatly bundled package that finally opens the door for the reverse engineering and hacking that is needed to make DX12 work on all OSes. Not that it is particularly important, since DirectX 12 sucks, but it would be worth doing as nothing more than a blatant act of defiance against the Redmond Mafia. You know, something to show them that their wickedness and treachery will not be tolerated, and that goodness always prevails in spite of their manufactured adversity.
    Of course. Status quo.

"Microsoft to Windows 10 users: Patch Secure Boot now against 'critical' bug"

    - Microsoft is urging users of Windows 10 version 1903 to install this month's SSU or 'servicing stack update' to address a bug in a Secure Boot feature that could force the Windows BitLocker encryption system into recovery mode.

    - this month's SSU also contains a security fix rated as 'critical' by Microsoft's security response center.

No, a previous version made it harder to figure out. If you don't allow an internet connection during Windows setup, Cortana the digi-slut will eventually give up and show you an option for an offline account no matter what version you are installing. But, most noobs don't know that and end up getting screwed in the process of not refusing to allow an internet connection during setup. Best to have WUB and O&O Shutup and WinAero Tweaker downloaded and ready to extract/activate prior to enabling an internet connection for the first time, and use phone product activation instead of internet.

Still have a option but near the end. Read the link in my previous post. Microsoft try as hard they can to kill it.
