For now, I'm using Compatibility set to W7/8 for all SW and games made for W10 w/o causing BSOD and crappy performance/stuttering because W10 decides to run everything on iGPU and you need to explicitly choose dGPU. On older games, I use W7 compatibility.
I suspect v1903 will be much worse than v1809, most used general apps breaks or refuse to work w/o W8 compatibility.

So now you got 35 days before they force the update on you because you ran out of pause options LOL. i'll keep metered connection all the time then!

Why don't they just let us decide when it's the best time to update..is it too hard?

I'm using Home edition and I can pause it for 7 days only on 19H1. Pro,Enterprise, Workstation and LTSC version can pause upto 35 days and even block feature updates upto 365 days.
I found a bug and you can hit resume/pause many times to push the date further.

Microsoft is giving up on “Windows as a service” in <May 2019 Update> that is automatically updated outside of your control... Still Half-baked!

18362.30 fixes apps section forces in settings apps and few other fixes for older dx9/10 games. Performance is optimal and works as intended. No more black screen during exiting any older games.
    Pending issues:
    Creative audio issues
    VMware issues.
