Why should I manually make my laptop fan 'Quiet' when I'm not gaming?

I love my Aorus X7 v7 DT, but it gets pretty loud most of the time when I'm doing normal stuff like browsing and youtube.... I'd have to go to the Command & Control and make it quiet. Then when I'm gaming, I see the game runs choppy and I need to remember to go back to Command & Control to switch it to 'gaming'. Is there a way to make this all happen automatically?

Just use 'Deep Control' to change the fan to w/e fan curve you want. For example, you can keep the fan off or at low rpm until it hits 65 degrees and then start to ramp it up aggressively, or w/e floats your boat. The only other thing that quiet mode does is underclock the cpu and gpu; there are programs out there, like xtu, that will let you set different clocks based on what programs are open.
