I don't know if this question is answered before. I did tried to look up the answer from Google myself and found nothing about it.

So my question is why the laptop have 2xUSB 3.0 and another 2xUSB 2.0, instead of having all 4 ports in USB 3.0? I'm sure it has nothing to do with USB 2.0 device compatibility issue since USB 3.0 is backward compatible with 2.0 as well.

Because USB 3.0 is connected to a specific chip added to the motherboard that only supports 2 ports on this laptop. The usb 2.0 ports are native to the actual intel motherboard.
