    Whichever has the best combo of graphics, hard disk, ram etc. etc. for the right price. I care not for brand loyalty. I have one of each right now.

    I have no brand loyalty either. Whichever performs better at the time of purchase I will choose.

    Well, its essentially K10 vs Nehalem....which do you think will perform better? ;)

    Neither because I will have Penryn in my notebook and Conroe in my desktop. They should be good through 2009...heck probably 2011.

    Sometime in 2009. Desktops will likely get Nehalem first, like with Penryn.

    well with the latest trend of intel putting out very nice processors im going to have to say tentatively intel. If amd's products end up outperforming intels then i guess ill go with amd

    I completely agree. My desktop was going to have an AMD CPU, but Intel Core 2's came out and were better, so I stuck with that.

    On another note, I hope AMD gets there act together because competition will be helpful in making things cheaper and progressing technology faster.
