Ok SAS just caught 17 threats that Spybot S&D didn't!

The only thing I use Spybot Search & Destroy for is its Immunization feature. I find that to be very nice. I don't think I've done an on-demand scan with Spybot S&D for over a year...

I use a-squared free (my current favorite) and SAS as my on-demand scanners. I like a-squared shell integration; It allows me to right click on a file and select "Scan with a-squared". Very handy, IMO.

    a-squared's detection is pretty weak.
SAS and MBAM both have shell integration to right click and scan.:)

+1 on the immunization feature. I like it too. Though I use SAS for the on-demand scan. I used to have S&D scan, but stopped using it long back. Have stuck with SAS.

The immunization feature is basically to immunize you from tracking cookies right? But really tracking cookies can't do anything. Is there more to the immunization feature that I don't know?

I use all three, and all SAS and S&D ever find is cookies. When I first installed MB, it found 4 trojans that NIS 2008, SAS and S&D did not. I have no idea how long they were on my system, there were no obvious symptoms. MB hasn't detected a thing since, the others keep coming up with the same things every time, no real threats. Am I missing something or maybe I don't go to any bad sites?
